Note: Successful candidates must meet the Federal requirements for obtaining a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).  TWIC is a common identification credential for all personnel requiring unescorted access to secure areas of Maritime Transportation Security Administration (MTSA)-regulated facilities and vessels, and all mariners holding Coast Guard-issued Credentials.  Obtaining a TWIC card is a condition of employment.

If a written test is required, it may be taken at our Administration Office located at 176 Concord Street in the city of Charleston. Testing hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am through 3:00 pm.
