The Port of Charleston offers a package of operational tools to assist our customers with the seamless flow of information related to ships and cargo. Below is a brief description of each of these tools. Links are in the grey bar above.

Export containers are allowed into our gates only if they are booked to vessels arriving in a specific window of time. This report indicates the vessels for which we are accepting containers. Once a vessel goes on this list it is not removed if the vessel’s arrival is delayed for any reason.

Find out the booking/release status of you container cargo by searching on container number or bill of lading number. Includes historical data.

Listing of all vessels calling SCSPA  facilities up to 30 days out.

Web interface for ORION mainframe computer access subscribers.

Documentation needed for handling of hazardous cargoes.

Documentation required of vessel operators prior to arrival.
