Rick Shimon, Special agent in  Charge, Office of Export Enforcement, Bureau of Industry & Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, Washington Field Office
Mr. Shimon has served as a criminal investigator in the Office of Export Enforcement (OEE) since August 2003. As the Assistant Director for Operations he was responsible for national security/WMD intelligence assessments, international non-proliferation programs, computer forensics and technical exploitation, as well as law enforcement support to the OEE field offices.

Bernard S. Groseclose, Jr., Chairman of the American  Association of Port Authorities and President & CEO, South Carolina State Ports Authority
Bernard S. Groseclose, Jr. was appointed President and CEO of the South Carolina State Ports Authority in 1997. Prior to joining the Ports Authority in 1985, Mr. Groseclose spent six years with Rockwell International, rising to the position of manager of financial analysis.
Mr. Groseclose serves in two key leadership positions within the global port industry – He is chairman of the American Association of Port Authorities and 3rd vice president of the International Association of Ports and Harbors. He was previously selected to represent U.S. deep-draft ports and advise the U.S. Secretary of Transportation on the Marine Transportation Systems' National Advisory Council. He is also a co-author of the book Strategic Planning: A Guide for the Port Industry.

NWPC produces business magazines, directories, conferences and contract media. NWPC is also a full scale commercial printing and mailing house. Peter has been in publishing, media and related industries for 15 years. As he rides the ferry to work every morning across Puget Sound, he always marvels at the commerce of international shipping.

Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Colbert  began making a name for himself in Chicago as a member of the famed Second City improv troupe where he met Amy Sedaris and Paul Dinello. After several years at Second City, the threesome moved to New York City and, along with others, developed Exit 57, a half-hour sketch comedy series for HBO Downtown Productions which ran for two seasons during the mid-'90s on Comedy Central. Exit 57 received five CableACE nominations for best writing, performing and comedy series.
His personality, insight and overall rightness could only lead to The Colbert Report, a half-hour nightly platform for him to give his take on the issues of the day, and, more importantly, to tell you why everyone else's take is just plain wrong.
